This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.22factor.com (the “Site”). Throughout this Privacy Policy, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and "22 Factor" refer to 22 Factor and each of its affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies.

When we collect information from you, our policy is to comply fully with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the “PDPO“) which regulates in Hong Kong the treatment of personal data, and any other applicable laws regulating the treatment of personal data. In dealing with personal data, we will ensure that we comply with the standards of security and confidentiality prescribed by law.

This Privacy Policy shows our commitment to protect your personal data and explains our practise in relation to the collection, retention, storage and sharing of personal data.

This Site is not intended for use by children or minors under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect or use personal information relating to children.
